When will my order arrive?
The average time to prepare an order with us is 1-2 business days. Our products are collected by the shipping company Sunday through Thursday until 12:00 noon, after which they arrive at the distribution warehouses and the next day they go to you. During the waiting period for delivery, you will receive regular SMS updates to know what is happening with your package. Cosmetics works with the company "Hamitriz Shiliyot" which provides a comprehensive delivery solution to all regions of the country with four regional warehouses
There are perfumes that we send to you directly from the company in the USA. These shipments will reach you with
FedEx Israel company while coordinating in advance on arrival to the place you will be
The expected delivery time is over, where is my order?
In 80% of cases the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen because there are unexpected delays.
Did you not receive anything three days after the expected delivery date? Please contact us.
What happens if I didn't receive exactly what I ordered?
First of all, don't worry, the most important thing for us is to provide perfect service to our customers, we will check and give you an answer on how to proceed to the next step, if you did not receive the product you ordered (rare), you can send it back and we will reward you with all the increases of the shipment and of the product you purchased.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. The products must be returned in the original packaging. A product that has been opened from its original packaging will not be returnable.

A tracking code does not provide any information, how is this possible?
Once your package arrives at the distribution center, there are regular SMS updates regarding the location of the package, you can check it on the shipment tracking website On holidays and weekends there may be delays in the update, so you have to wait a day or two to get an update. Remember we are here for you and will be happy to be at your service in any matter.
I haven't received a tracking code yet?
This is due to the fact that the number has not yet been updated, so you have to wait a day or two until it is updated
