Product return policy and customer credit for purchase

Any customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, under the following conditions

Transaction cancellation will be done within 14 days of receiving the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later

Notification of the cancellation will be sent by fax/email/mail

When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or discrepancy, due to the failure to deliver the product on the specified date, or any other violation of the contract, the consumer's money will be refunded to him within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, with the exception of a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower , the product will be returned at the expense of the consumer.

When canceling a transaction due to a defect or discrepancy, or due to failure to deliver the product at the specified time, or any other violation of the contract, no cancellation fees will be charged, the consumer's money will be deposited within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the product will be returned at the company's expense.

The product will be returned as far as possible, or reasonable, in its original packaging

The company has the right to deduct from the product amount due to a decrease in the value of the product

The cancellation request can be made through the website in the user's account or by e-mail info@shaul.co

In case the return request is accepted. All costs for the return, including return shipping costs if not paid for in the order, will apply to the customer only

  • The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount of the transaction paid by the consumer, including transport fees to the consumer's home
  • The amount of the cancellation fee will be 5% of the value of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. That is, when canceling a transaction worth more than 2,000 NIS no more than 100 NIS will be charged as a cancellation fee

The return of the payment will be made in the same way as it was made, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email only

If the price of the product has increased or decreased, the customer will receive the purchase price of that date

The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the customer finds that he received a defective product, the customer will send the product in its original packaging by registered mail and "Shaul Tamrokim" will replace the defective product with a new product, if it is found that the product returned by the customer is in good condition, the product will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.

It is not possible to exchange gift products that the site gives to its customers
In the event of factors and/or events beyond the control of "Shaul Tamrokim", in the event of malfunctions in the computing and/or telephone systems and/or in the event of hostilities and/or an emergency, God forbid, the website owners may announce the cancellation of any specific order or the immediate termination of services
