Shipping and delivery policy

In express deliveries, the range of arrival is between 3-5 business days
Deliveries intended for distribution in unusual areas will be made up to 7 business days. Exceptional destinations include the settlements of the Golan Heights, the northern border, the settlements of the Arab sector, the settlements of the Jordan Valley, settlements beyond the Green Line (areas), settlements surrounding Gaza, Eilat, the Dead Sea, and the Arava settlements
In EPOST deliveries, the reach is between 7-10 business days
Please note that free delivery is to a collection point close to your home, and not express delivery with a courier to you, although we sometimes send by express in some cases depending on the customer's location

Collection for the next business day

A. During the order, you can choose to pick up the products purchased on the "Shaul Tamrokim - Cosmetics" website on the next business day at the branch in Jerusalem at Mahane Yehuda 49 or Elad at 98 Hanasi St.

B. An order placed on Sunday-Wednesday starting at 20:00 will be considered as having been placed the next day and will therefore be delivered accordingly

An order placed from Wednesday at 20:00 until Thursday at 20:00 will be delivered on Friday An order placed on Thursday - from 20:00 until Friday at 12:00 will be delivered on Sunday

An order placed on Friday starting at 12:00 and on Mochash will be delivered on Monday

Next business day shipping

A. During the order, you can choose delivery via next business day delivery to the customer's home to an address in Israel that is included in the list of delivery areas of Shaul Tamrokim only.

B. Notwithstanding the above, it may not be possible to deliver deliveries to certain settlements in Israel (including according to the instructions and policies of the external delivery company) even though they are included in the list of delivery areas of "Shaul Tamrokim"

third. The express shipping cost is NIS 27. And the cost of e-post delivery is NIS 13.90 .
